I have heard the quote “I love you to the moon and back” many times before, and was surprised when I read it in a book I had picked up for my son. “Guess How Much I Love You” is a sweet story about a baby hare and a daddy hare. Little Nutbrown Hare tells Big Nutbrown Hare that he loves him, and Big Nutbrown Hare replies, saying that he loves Little Nutbrown Hare even more. It was this book that inspired my sensory bottle.
Most of the time I like to use VOSS water bottles when creating sensory bottles, but just recently it has become very hard for me to find them, so I decided to purchase some craft bottles from Amazon. The ones I chose are 16oz bottles with black lids. So far they seem to work great. They are sturdy (my 1 year old has tested them by throwing full bottles on the floor), and so far I haven’t had any problems with leaks.
This sensory bottle is a very simple one, with gold moons, silver stars, and red hearts. I made it so that the confetti suspends for a long time.

“For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:38-39
